      <image:title>Current Groups - Creative Expressions Art Group</image:title>
<image:caption>THURSDAYS 3:45-5pm, 8 sessions SPRING: March 25, 2021 - May 13, 2021 SUMMER: June 3, 2021 - July 22, 2021 This Art Therapy Group will offer creative approaches to common communication and socialization difficulties for youth 12-17, and will focus on building a positive self-concept and confidence while learning effective ways to communicate, set limits, and be assertive. Often, conflicts among peers can cause emotional and social disruption due to limited skills in assertiveness, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Our creative group space will offer a safe and nurturing environment in which girls may share their ideas and experiences, receive valuable support and feedback from peers, and learn effective skills to cope and engage assertively with the world. In-office groups include art materials. For Zoom groups, a simple materials list will be provided prior to the first group, and specific materials pickup may apply. To sign up, email sam@artstherapycenter.com</image:caption>
